This is a process and takes some time and effort on your part. You will be guided through each of the “10 Earth Chakras”, to discover what is hidden in each of those energies. In following guidance, you will become more aware of the indications and feelings associated with imbalances. And more importantly, you will know what to do when these things come up.

Chakras are important vital energy centers and if we want our life to change this is the first step to healing; so that joy and happiness can return and become part of your everyday life.

This immersive Chakra Healing Series invites you to slow down, tune in, and rediscover the vibrant, whole, Spirit‑connected Self that’s been waiting beneath the noise of everyday life.

Over three weeks, you’ll explore the Core Earth Chakras—your body’s energetic blueprint. Each session helps you understand how these centers influence your emotions, intuition, relationships, and overall well‑being. You’ll learn to recognize the subtle signals of imbalance and, more importantly, how to bring yourself back into harmony.
